American National Bank of Texas was ranked No. 26 in The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work in DFW. The bank was the highest ranking financial institution on the list, and ranked tenth in the large employer category.
American National Bank of Texas was selected based on an extensive
survey of employees measuring qualities such as company leadership,
compensation and training, workplace flexibility and diversity. The
rankings and overall results were announced at a special reception
on October 29 and appeared in a special publication inserted in The
Dallas Morning News on November 8.
“We are so pleased to be selected for this honor,” said Robert Hulsey, president and CEO of ANB. “It is a strong validation of the fact that our organization has demonstrated the enormous value that we place on our employees, particularly during these challenging economic times. It is gratifying to know that our employees believe that our bank operates under a strong values and ethics system, and that they have confidence in the organization’s direction and leadership.”
Approximately 1,100 employers in the DFW area were nominated to participate in the survey.
